How orders are processed at f-stop

1. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order; at this time, your credit card will be billed. Any order adjustments or changes, please contact our customer service team via email [email protected] or telephone at +

2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipping of your order. Tracking information is generally available within 24 hours after a package is shipped, but may take up to 48 hours for some shipments.

  • If you are located within the USA we will ship your order from our HK or USA warehouse depending on product availability. Order processing time may vary but normally takes 2-5 business days to process.
  • If you are located in Europe, your order will ship from our Netherlands warehouse. Order processing time may vary but normally takes 2 – 7 business days to process.

Tracking numbers may display past tracking information but should be updated within 24 to 48 hours.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

How shipping works at f-stop

F-stop uses a third party logistics company (3PL) to handle our shipping. We have three warehouses: one located in Saint Louis, Missouri (USA), one in Tilburg, Netherlands (Europe) and one in Hong Kong.

Customers are responsible for any Duty, Tax, Vat, Brokerage or any other fee imposed by foreign government, state, province, local shipping company, or other party as a result of shipment.
